Crowds gathered Tuesday evening, September 13, 2016, for the 10th annual duck race supporting Beach Care Services. The night kicked off with cocktail hour, followed by an eventful relay, and ending with an iconic rubber duck race for the big bucks. After a possible rain delay, cocktail hour kicked off the event with two cash bars sponsored by Ms. Newbys. Tables also lined the pool deck, as guests were able to pile their plates high with local cuisine. Food selections included pizza, sandwiches, and barbecue; along with mouth watering sweet treats like gelato and ducky cupcakes. During this time guests were able to put their tickets and bids in for some quacktastic prizes. With a beautiful sunset in the sky it was time for the annual duck race to commence.
