Every one has had that "AHA!" moment in their life. That pivotal moment when epiphany overtook them and moved them in another direction.
Sometimes this moment is private and internal and other times it happens in plain sight of everyone.
When the Real Estate bubble exploded, thousands in area were affected. Not just homeowners and investors themselves, but everyone in the housing industry had to take a step back and regroup.
One of those people was Hilary Farnum, a successful Realtor who worked for St. Joe Company for years. When the market was hot, she sold a lot of pre-construction opportunities, but then building slowed WAY DOWN.
Hilary was forced to take a step back and reevaluate the direction of her career, and she is so glad she did. Hilary is one of the owners of Beachy Beach 30A and Beach Beach Destin Real Estate, both companies that have experienced tremendous growth in the last year.
Hilary is also Vice President of a growing charity called Food for Thought Outreach and has been able to use her business acumen to help improve the lives of school children in Walton and Okaloosa Counties.
Come tomorrow night, Tuesday, April 22nd at Beachy Beach Real Estate in Panama City Beach to hear her story at the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce's monthly "IdeaCamp", where Hilary will be one of the featured speakers.
Register Here for tomorrow night's event at 5:30 pm at 17500 Panama City Beach Parkway across from Salty Sues on the Western end of Panama City Beach.
