Today, our Beachy Beachers came together for our second monthly meeting of the new year with
good food, good guests, and most of all, good thoughts.
Broker Karen Smith kicked the meeting off with special gifts for all of her "Valentines,"
expressing her appreciation for everyone's hard work and dedication to Beachy Beach's passion for Real Estate and Community Involvement.
Among other things, the meeting covered upcoming February events such as
Idea Camp, a feature of Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce that gives locals the opportunity to get together and discuss innovative ideas for the area;
Business After Hours, another PCB Chamber of Commerce sponsored social held monthly as an opportunity for networking and highlighting members' businesses; and
Seaside School Half Marathon & 5K Run,
an annual event that Beachy Beach Real Estate is a Corporate Platinum Sponsor of benefiting the Seaside School Foundation.
Also covered was an anticipated
Beachy Beach Grand Opening in the near future, Real Estate goals of 2014, and opportunities for furthering the education and training for our agents.
The meeting was wrapped up with Broker Karen Smith's presentation of her "Love Note" to her Beachy Beachers, a tradition that allows Karen to express her gratitude and enthusiasm for our staff.
This month, the note focused on having "abundant" and "life-changing thoughts," "focusing on the positive things" in their business, and using those thoughts to "refocus and reshape" their business for the better.
Beachy Beach would like to thank our Guest Speakers Jimy Thorpe, owner of A Superior Air Conditioning Company, and Allison Smith, Vice President at
Herbafex Landscape Management, for taking time out of their busy schedules to provide us with information on their businesses and a delicious lunch!
We are looking forward to another busy month here at Beachy Beach Real Estate and are thankful for the positive agents and supporters we have!
