As we have meetings our little group will try to keep you informed especially if you do not live here and are not able to attend our
POA meetings. We had standing room only (LITERALLY) for our Emergency
POA meeting held in the Lakeside Library. Let me begin there, Emergency only implies that the meeting was not one of the planned meetings. It was not an Emergency as such so do not let that alarm you. We do however encourage you to come the meetings and be a part of the solutions for our community. We have a great
POA board and they are working hard for you.
The minutes have not yet been transcribed so I am waiting on the minutes to fully inform you in a more official capacity but for now here's the scoop.
Topics of discussion:1. Rentals in Wild Heron, Are they allowed, what do our documents say about this, problems associated with rentals etc.
*It was decided until legal definitions were rendered by attorney this would be tabled until next meeting. The board is working on this and if you have input please do so.
2. Discussion of turn over of property management from
Sandestin to the new company,
GRANDSHORES Management Group. As of October 1st our new management company will be in place. For now
Sandestin is working in conjunction with new company to foster a smooth transition. The board feels that we will see some savings as well as some new methods of management in place.

POA will pursue communications via letter
addressing concerns for the community.
