Join me in body or in spirit or both in my challenge to run the More Womens Marathon. I was signed up for it last year but due to an injury Britt, Debbie and I went to New York but the only Marathon we participated in was a Cheese cake eating and cheap purse marathon. The race is not until April 26th so we all plenty of time to get ready. My daughter Brittany is going to join me for her first half as we will be a team putting our two half times together to form a marathon time. I will be turning 50 so what better way to celebrate. I will be giving updates and information as I take this journey and please if you want to do this thing contact me or call me and train with us. If you are a beginner that is great because I am just getting back to it. I ran only 30 minutes yesterday and you would thought I had been running for hours by the look on my face. In Golf it levels the playing field. You are looking at the first place and Runner up of the Sharks Tooth annual Club championship. The wee one is the runner up and if you could just keep it a secret that there were only 2 women in the tournament. Shelly played a great game both days and it landed her the beautiful crystal plate as the undisputed Champ!!!! Okay Ladies, we have to show up and play this great game. Shelly and I had a great time, the weather was perfect the sky was blue and we made it through hole #6 without double digits.... yahoooooo.
