The bath area includes a tub AND shower, a closet, and double sinks. The sleeping and living areas have a very private balcony with great Gulf views. You will love all the amenities at Boardwalk. Italian lights welcome you into the lobby with a generous bank of elevators. There is a gym, a sauna/steam room, beautiful pool area, a Sundry shop and an outside bar. The owner will discuss a PRIVATE sale of a GARAGE if buying this unit or Unit 207. The much desired garages do not come up often at Boardwalk and have a lot of space inside.
