I have been a full-time REALTOR® in Panama City Beach since 2013, helping clients buy and sell condominiums, single-family homes, new construction, investment properties, and vacant land. With a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management, I bring a practical, analytical approach to pricing, negotiations, and the details that can affect a successful transaction.

My experience extends beyond representing clients. I have personally completed more than 40 real estate transactions involving primary residences and investment properties. That firsthand perspective helps me understand the process from my clients’ side of the table—including the financial considerations, uncertainty, and important decisions involved in buying or selling property.

As a United States Marine Corps veteran, I value integrity, accountability, preparation, and following through on commitments. I believe trust is earned through candid advice, responsive communication, and a willingness to tell clients what they need to know—not simply what they want to hear.
