When I was a kid my family used to occasionally vacation in Florida. It seemed like the drive took forever from Nashville, TN and I would get sooo excited by the time we could smell and feel the warm, humid, salty air. It was over the top for a little kid! Even though I’ve lived here now for over 24 years every now and then I still remember and experience that excited feeling. The only difference is now I am blessed to actually live here!

My office has a joke about me. They call me the Beachy Beach top secret agent. I can’t deny that. I’m a quiet, behind the scenes kinda guy. I love working with buyers and I’ve never “sold” a piece of real estate. My job as I see it its simply to get to know folks and their needs and desires and then take them around until we find what is a blessing for them. People know it when they see it. There’s nothing to sell, only introductions to be made.

I’ve been working in the Hwy. 30-A area since 1995.  Many years were spent in Grayton Beach with the last 3 in Rosemary Beach. People have been so kind to this secret agent. I’m not the greatest at staying in touch, but often folks I’ve worked with will find me and we’ll either sell what they’ve got, find something new or both.
