All about Eve

Thanks to all the excitement about Real Estate we have added to Karens Beach.  Bridgett has been keeping me straight for a while but due to heavy beach traffic we have added a much needed member to our team.  I am very excited to add Eve Alligood but I will let her introduce herself.

I am so thrilled to be working with Karen and Beachy Beach Real Estate.   I am a real estate professional with 25 plus years in sales and marketing, media, and business management, who also invested throughout the bubble while raising a teenage daughter on Panama City Beach and I have lived to tell about it! That was an exciting time in real estate, but not nearly as exciting as the season we are now transitioning into. There is opportunity right now like never before for all who wish to partake!

There is no person on this planet who I could be more delighted to work with than Karen Smith.  She is one of the first new friends I made when I finally realized “home is where the beach is” again nine years ago, after I had moved to and built a life in Nashville for almost 20 years.  Her sweetness and contagious positive attitude are only surpassed by her strength of character, her smarts, and her incredible knowledge of the real estate business. The woman puts the Real in Real Estate and she can do that for you too, and I am truly grateful to be a part of that. I share with Karen a passion for this area, the beautiful real estate that is on it and surrounds it, and the One who created all of it!  We are both doing what we love and helping others to make their dreams reality.

My personal joys in life are my beautiful daughter, Gracie, 20, our dog Gabby, and hanging’ out on the beach with my high falutin’ hick chicks again. Some things never change! Home’s where the beach is, and there is absolutely is no place like home.
