Meet Melanie Luke

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Melanie relocated to Panama City Beach in 2005 and has proudly called it home for the past 20 years. Family is at the center of everything she does, and that same sense of loyalty, care, and commitment extends to her professional life.

Over the past several years, Melanie developed a deep interest in real estate through managing her own investment properties. That hands-on experience sparked a genuine love for the market—understanding its trends, navigating its challenges, and ensuring clients feel happy and at home. This passion naturally led her to pursue a career as a realtor.

Before entering real estate, Melanie spent 15 years with a local company, where she gained extensive experience in business operations, customer service, product development, and creative marketing. This allowed her to developed a sharp eye for understanding customer preferences, negotiating skills and pricing strategies. 

Driven by a passion to succeed—with a strong foundation in compassion—Melanie takes great pride in creating meaningful experiences for every client she works with. Her ultimate goal is to serve clients with excellence, integrity, and heart.
