Meet Kay Blanchard

Kay was married to her amazing “Sweetie” for almost twenty years. They have four children and one grandchild, Capri. Two large dogs and three cats complete the family. Kay loves anything outdoors! Living just a block off the beach means lots of sun and surf! The family also has a forty-acre hobby farm with three horses and two goats who run the place. Riding the horses, target shooting, hunting and fishing are the favorite farm pastimes. When she’s not outside, Kay enjoys reading, cooking and baking. Decorated cakes are her specialty, along with brownies and breads. Teaching Capri to enjoy the culinary arts and to appreciate all that nature has to offer are her greatest delights.

Dog or Cat Person? I love both, but dogs most of all.

If you were a hot wing flavor, which one would you be? I don’t do wings, but Mexican food or pizza all day long!!

If you were not in the real estate industry, what would you be doing? I would still be in the school system, waiting to retire.
