Meet Anne Reed

Anne is a true Emerald Coast native and lifelong hometown girl. She still lives on the street where she grew up. Married for more than 30 years, Anne and her husband have raised two grown children while building deep roots in the community they love.

Before becoming a Realtor® with Beachy Beach, Anne enjoyed a successful career as a dental hygienist for almost 30 years. She continues to maintain her skills by working part-time as an adjunct instructor at Gulf Coast State College, teaching future hygienists in the dental clinic.

Anne’s passion for cooking, entertaining, and true Southern hospitality naturally extends into her love for decorating. Whether it is styling a home or setting a beautiful table, design is her happy place. Anne started Over the Top design, launching with seasonal storefront displays for the Beachy Beach town office in Historic Downtown Panama City. Be sure to stop by our ever-changing storefront in the heart of downtown, across from beautiful McKenzie Park on Harrison Avenue—sip, stroll, shop, and dine while enjoying our revitalized historic district.
