Meet Anneli Alus

Born in Estonia, Anneli Alus found her forever home when she moved to Panama City Beach in 2004. She quickly fell in love with the Emerald Coast lifestyle—its white-sand beaches, local eateries, and welcoming community—and has enjoyed sharing that love with others ever since.

Blending her passion for architecture and interior design, Anneli earned her Realtor license in 2016. In addition, she is a licensed Florida Residential Contractor, giving her clients a unique advantage when it comes to evaluating homes, identifying potential, and guiding renovations or improvements.

Anneli’s approach is client-focused and personal. She listens closely, treats each transaction as if it were her own, and works tirelessly to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Whether guiding first-time homeowners, growing families, or seasoned investors, Anneli brings knowledge, dedication, and a genuine love for coastal living to every step of the process.
