Meet Zakary "Zak" Kennedy

Zak Kennedy grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, where he attended Youngstown State University and played collegiate football. In 2019, he joined the United States Navy, where he continues to serve on active duty today.

From a young age, Zak always knew he wanted to eventually call Florida home. When he was stationed in Panama City Beach in 2025, he quickly fell in love with the area, its community, and the lifestyle along the Emerald Coast.

After purchasing a couple of his own investment properties, Zak developed a strong passion for real estate and recognized the opportunities it creates for financial freedom, long-term stability, and personal growth. As he prepares for his transition out of the Navy in 2029, he is building a career focused on helping others achieve their real estate goals while creating a successful future for himself and his family.

Zak brings discipline, integrity, and a strong work ethic from his military background into every client relationship. Whether helping first-time homebuyers, military families, investors, or those searching for their dream home along the Gulf Coast, he is committed to making the process smooth, honest, and goal-oriented from start to finish.

Favorite Beach Activities: Zak enjoys embracing the coastal lifestyle through beach volleyball, boating, spending time on the water with friends and family, and staying active with runs along the beaches of Panama City Beach.

If you were not in the real estate industry, what would you be doing? If Zak wasn’t pursuing a career in real estate, he would likely be running a fitness gym focused on helping people improve their health, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals.
