Meet Matthew Fox

Matthew Fox is a Panama City area Realtor with a background rooted in service, leadership, and community involvement. Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he developed an early appreciation for hard work, discipline, and community. He later served in the United States Army, retiring in 2020, and now brings that same disciplined, research-driven approach to real estate while keeping relationships and integrity at the center of his work. After relocating to the Florida Panhandle, Matthew earned his Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and Corporate Entrepreneurship and became a licensed Realtor in 2024.  

Matthew currently serves as Vice Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors (CPAR), where he works on issues impacting property owners, housing, and the local real estate industry. He is also an active board member of Bay County Elite Wrestling, a youth wrestling organization focused on developing and highlighting standout young athletes from across the Florida Panhandle. Additionally, Matthew works as a mixed martial arts trainer and coach for All in One MMA, local Panama City mixed martial arts gym and club.

Whether working with buyers, sellers, or investors, Matthew is committed to providing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a steady hand throughout the real estate process, while remaining deeply invested in the community he serves.

Pitt and Sylvan Springs and Ponce de Leon Springs — paddle boarding and swimming whenever I can.

Walking the shoreline and snorkeling.
