As a native to the area, I love helping Buyers and Sellers do all sorts of transactions from buying their first homes to achieving their financial goals, by showing them how to diversify their market, build investment opportunities into residual income, and defer taxes with 1031 exchanges!
In addition to being active with my continuing education requirements for Real Estate, I have also earned designations such as the Accredited Buyer(s) Representative (ABR), the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and the certification of Certified RE Team Specialist (C-RETS)! My real estate career started with a passion for helping others. My background with finance and investing led me to helping others to diversify their investments, grow their RE portfolios, leverage their cash, and earn residual income while deferring profit tax expenses and adding to their family profits. My passion continues today...
