Meet Karen Justley Williams

Karen Williams was born at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, and has called Dayton home for most of her life. Throughout her career, she built a strong foundation working in a variety of diverse financial and operational roles, including program and event management. Her very first role out of college was as a CPA for a commercial real estate developer—an early connection to the real estate world that came full circle years later.

In 2023, Karen and her husband David decided to make a long-held dream come true: to trade gray skies for sunshine and move to the beach. They relocated to the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida and have been enjoying its amazing beaches, turquoise waters, vibrant community, and incredible sunsets ever since.

Karen has always been passionate about helping others. Becoming a Realtor was a natural fit, allowing her to combine her extensive and diverse business expertise, love of people, and appreciation for the coast into a career that supports clients in achieving their own dreams. Whether it’s helping friends or family find their perfect beachside retreat, assisting military or civilian families with their relocation, or guiding newcomers as they settle into this amazing area, Karen is committed to making the process smooth, fun, and rewarding.

With roots in finance, operations, and real estate, and a heart for people, Karen is honored to serve family, friends, and the extended community along Florida’s Emerald Coast.
