Born and raised in the outskirts of Atlanta, Georgia, Katie Dimond always expressed passion for beachy living. I'm grateful to be able to say Laguna Beach, which is where I get to live every day! It has a local supermarket, local doughnut/pizza shop, and the beach is always picture-perfect!

Tossing the Aerobe, read a psychological thriller, playing Bocce Ball, and doing nothing at all

If you were not in the real estate industry, what would you be doing?

I would find myself still working in healthcare as my passion at the end of each day is to help others. I cherish the ambition, patience, and whole-heartedness that it takes to aid someone back to health whether physically or mentally. Being available to those that might just need some help, big or small, will always be my specialty.
