Catherine has deep roots on the Emerald Coast of Florida. She is a homegrown native of Panama City.  Her family is the “fishing Andersons” and settled here over 150 years ago. Growing up in a family of Captains taught her 3 things: leadership, servitude, and how to bait her own hook! She channels leadership in her time on the CPAR Board of Directors as the 2026 President.  Her servitude shows up in the many ways she helps her clients with their Real Estate needs, be it sellers, first time home buyers, or seasoned investors.

Favorite Staycation Spot: Honestly, I couldn't be happier on the beaches in my own back yard. But I do love scalloping in Cape San Blas and the quirky vibes of Mexico Beach and Apalachicola.

Dog or Cat Person? Definitely dogs, but I also have 2 adorable cats

If you were a hot wing flavor, which one would you be? Spicy and sweet or sweet and spicy-depends on the day!

If you were not in the real estate industry, what would you be doing? I would adopt senior dogs and create a sanctuary where they would enjoy their twilight years in comfort and love.
