Originally from Minnesota, I’ve proudly called Panama City Beach home for the past 10 years. Growing up with a dad who’s an auctioneer, I learned early on that a great deal isn’t just about numbers– it’s about connection, timing, and creating a win for everyone involved.

That mindset and my active lifestyle has shaped the way I serve my community and clients today. I don’t know if these three have greatly impacted me– but I certainly LOVE snuggling in and
watching them, and know them all TOO WELL. ;)

Favorite local Guilty Pleasures: I love where we live so much. It is truly paradise here. My
guilty pleasure is putting my feet in the sand and watching and listening to the water. It is
complete peace and a gift!

Favorite Staycation Spot: I love a good night/weekend at home! My husband and I have 2
active children, and we love going to their beach volleyball and soccer activities, so in this
season of my life - my favorite staycation is my home!

Favorite Beach Activities: Watching my family play in the water and the sand, playing beach
volleyball!

Dog or Cat Person? Dog! But I don’t think I’d mind one of those cats that look like an angry
older man!

If you were a hot wing flavor, which one would you be? Buffalo - I’m consistent, I’m not
bland, and I bring a little bit of heat!

If you were not in the real estate industry, what would you be doing? Teaching fitness!
